blend would help with stress/anxiety relief. This blend is a combination of the following oils: Rose, Vanilla, Geranium, and Orange. The scents that stand out the most to me are orange and vanilla. Recently I had to get a MRI, I'm claustrophobic and get extremely stressed during these types of procedures, so I figured that would be the best time if any for me to test the effectiveness of this oil. I can't say it worked 100%, but I think my anxiety symptoms were a little too severe for essentials oils to help alone. However, I can say it did put me in a better state mind and helped with general nervous tension. I really like that it has a carrier oil already in it. It makes it much more convenient to have it ready at the first sign of anxiety starting or panic attacks. It's very easy to use, just apply a few drops of this blend to the back of the neck. You can also rub it onto the bottoms of your feet. This is perfect for anytime or just before bed. Another great way to alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety is to add 3-4 drops of this oil to your warm/hot bath water. Just make sure you add them after you have run the bath because running water will make the oil evaporate much more quickly. All in all, it did help ease some of my symptoms. I'm going to continue to use it and carry it with me stored in the handy bag that came with it.
