This item is amazing! This was my first time trying a silicone baking mat and will definitely be getting more. I wish I had bought one long ago, but I am very glad to be using them now. They are constructed of Non-toxic food grade silicone,are BPA free and you can use them in the oven, microwave and freezer. The mat rolls up easily but then flattens completely when placed on a pan and there is no curling up around the edges. From cookies to a full out meal, I Love the fact that you can use these mats for anything and everything. I use it to bake potatoes, as well as cook chicken, fish or pork in the oven, and so far it has indeed proven to be non-stick and everything cooks evenly. Wash up is a breeze and I like the fact that I don't have deal with the frustration of scrapping off stuck baked goods anymore. The baking mats also cool off fairly quickly, which was nice because I like to clean up asap. Overall these mats are a great addition to my baking tools and are a must have for any kitchen.
