My review:
I was really excited to use this product since it was time for me to whiten my teeth again. I am a reformed smoker and drink a lot of coffee and tea. Those three things have really stained my teeth. After using this product for a week I do see a noticeable difference in color. The directions do not state how long to submerge the thermal trays in hot water, but I found less than 5 seconds to be sufficient enough. After you dip the tray in water you need to let it cool for a couple seconds before forming it to your teeth. You can re-dip them in hot water as many times as you need to until they fit snug. I repeated this process until I had a tray that fitted my top teeth and one that snugly fitted the bottom. Be careful not to leave the trays in hot water for too long during the fitting process. It doesn't take long at all for them to get soft enough. All in all, I think it will take multiple applications to get drastic results, but overall I'm satisfied knowing that it does in fact work, even if it does take some time.
