My review:

First and foremost: this extra virgin olive oil tastes great! This olive oil surpasses any others I've bought at grocery stores. You can really taste and see the difference. This olive oil has a beautifully balanced flavor. It is blended from three varieties of olives the Arbequina, Barnea, and Picholine. Together they produce just the amount of depth of flavor without being too overpowering or bitter. This olive oil is also great to have around the kitchen. You can use it for some many different things. It's wonderful in dressings, drizzled over foods, for dipping bread, or in cooking. I love the packaging too because it's very easy to store, it has a pour spout that makes splashing over salads and other meals easy, and it comes in a dark tin container which protects the contents from having contact with oxygen and light. The container is stamped with the Israeli Olive oil quality seal, which is stamped on labels of Israeli olive oil that comes from the best producers, orchards, and olive presses. So with this olive oil you can trust that what you are getting is truly 100% extra virgin olive oil, and not something that is cut with lower quality oils. All in all,  I feel good about using it for my family.
