1. Unscrew Light Cover Off
2. Reverse the Batteries
3. Put the Iron Wire on the battery
4. Screw on the lid,then the light will turn on
5. Clip it on the rod tips 

My review:
I ordered these for my dad he absolutely loves them and said that these are one of the coolest bells he has ever owned. These are must have item for your tackle box and are great to have for anyone that enjoys fishing. The two bells are sensitive and ring loud enough to alert you when you have a bite. The clip is strong and easily clamps on your fishing rod. The clip fits securely on the rod tip and stays out of the way of the line but will fly off if you try to cast with them on the rod. The LED light is very convenient its nice and bright and helps you to see the direction of your fishing line at night. The LED lights light up the whole pole from tip to reel so you don't have to another light source to see your pole. Overall these are awesome for night fishing. They are also good for fishing anytime if you're not paying close attention to your fishing pole.
