Homemade Cold Brew Coffee in 3-Easy Steps

Cold Brew is taking coffee shops by storm. Smoother and less a acidic than hot or iced coffee it's quickly become part of people's daily routines! Luckily, the Willow & Everett Cold Brew Coffee Pitcher produces coffee-shop quality cold brew in three easy steps. The hardest part is waiting the 12-20 hours for it to brew!
  1. Remove the lid and stainless steel filter and spoon in your favorite coarse ground coffee. Use the coarsest ground coffee available as a finer grind will result in cloudier coffee. The recommended ratio is ¾ cups of coffee for 32 ounces of water. Adjust accordingly depending on tastes.
  2. Insert the filter back into the pitcher. Fill the pitcher with your desired amount of water using the ounce markings to determine the quantity. You can pour the water directly over the coffee grounds in the filter.
  3. Place the filter back into the glass pitcher, pop on the lid and place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
My review:
This is exactly what I wanted to make iced coffee at home! love this Cold Brew Coffee Maker. It's very easy to brew and clean. I followed the instructions and it came out perfect and very concentrated. The coffee is smooth and delicious! I usually brew for 24 hours (directions say 12-24) and just add ice - It turns out wonderful! The difference in the amount of acidity is amazing compare to hot brew over ice. If you're an iced coffee addict like I am, this will fit the bill. It's so convenient to not have to keep running to my neighborhood cafe for my iced coffee fix. The only downside, in my opinion, I wish it was a little larger capacity because I can't brew it fast enough. All in all, this cold brew coffee maker is great. It is so simple to use and the results are smooth and rich coffee. It would make the perfect gift for anyone who loves drinking cold brew coffee.
