My review:

It's too soon for me to speak on 100% of the effectiveness of this product, so I will speak on my experience thus far. Right away, I liked how allergy friendly this probiotic is. It’s free of major allergy concerns such as lactose, wheat, gluten, fish, eggs and nuts. People who use probiotics tend to have allergies or sensitivities to some of these things, so it’s nice to see a probiotic supplement that doesn’t contain any of them. Another thing I like is that the pills don’t need to be refrigerated to maintain the live cultures, which also makes it great for travel. I really like that they use the strain Lactobacillus acidophilus. This is one of my favorite strains because it really personally helps my IBS, and weakened immune system. Lactobacillus acidophilus has been shown to help with a range of stomach ailments such as constipation, bloating, gas and stomach pain and also helps increase the number of healthy gut flora. By preventing candida or yeast from growing, L. Acidophilus may help your body defend itself against urinary tract infections and yeast infections. Unfortunately, I did have some side effects while taking this probiotic.The first night I took this I did wake up with some stomach discomfort. Once I backed my dosage down to one pill that issue subsided. I then I began taking one pill per day, then gradually increased to two and ended up feeling much better. Thankfully, by the third day I had no more adverse side effects. I have had digestion and irregularity bowl problems for many years, since I've been taking this  my irregularity problem is getting much better, I'm gradually get regular.
