K9 Pro Glucosamine Joint Supplements for Dogs Review

If you have a dog that has been diagnosed with arthritis or joint pain, then you probably know that in order for him to get better you need to get a glucosamine supplement. Glucosamine is actually a natural supplement that many pet owners will get sooner or later in order to treat their dog’s arthritis or joint pain. If your dog has arthritis and you want to make sure that he is going to suffer no more, then you probably should consider getting this supplement. This supplement is very effective at helping alleviate your senior dog’s hip and joint pain and that’s because it contains excellent ingredients such as Omega six fatty acids, omega 3 fatty acids, Hyaluronic acid, Vitamins C & E, but also Chondroitin, MSM and Glucosamine. These are actually substances that every dog needs to have in his system in order to feel great and maintain their joint and overall health. After taking the pills, your dog is going to not only feel a lot better, but also start to become more active. Glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin are all naturally occurring, which is why these substances are considered supplements rather than other pet medications. Glucosamine and chondroitin specifically appear in the fluid around the joints. When present, they promote smooth, natural movement. Production of these chemicals decreases as your dog ages. Eventually, the bones in the joints may begin to grind together worsening the dogs arthritis. Over time, this creates the degenerative processes seen in osteoarthritis. The supplement is also very effective at improving joint function and repairing cartilage, therefore increasing mobility and comfort for dogs suffering from hip dysplasia. It also reduces the progression of cartilage degeneration and is excellent at preventing future stress injuries to joints.

My thoughts
My dog Midnight's overall health is good, but lately he was moving slower and occasionally suffering from stiffness. I decided after a thorough search and our vet's recommendation, to try a Glucosamine supplement. As indicated, K9 Pro suggests to take a 1/2 of the tablet daily according to my dogs weight for the first 4-6 weeks. After two weeks of giving our dog this supplement he is much more playful. He is running in the yard like a young dog and getting up the stairs quicker. Since they are beef flavored convincing him to eat them is not a problem at all. The tablets can also easily be either broken in half, or cut in half if needed. Although my Akita Kobe does not have mobility issues, I am giving it to him as well as a preventative measure. I really can't say too much about the effectiveness of these pills yet although they definitely seem to be helping him. It may have been a coincidence, but I'm keeping him on this product. So far I believe it does what it says. We'll give an update after he has been on K9 Pro Glucosamine Joint Supplements for a longer period of time. For now, our experience has been  positive.
